Couldn't fault.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, helpful, and courteous. They made our romantic escape very pleasant. The facilities including the pool, spa, gym, and breakfast were also very nice. the hotel had a great location and offered us a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel was a little expensive and it was the only negative aspect of our stay. However, considering the service and the facilities provided, the price was justifiable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities including pool, gym, and spa were excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were very professional, helpful, and courteous. They even helped organize our trip to the nearby volcano. This hotel is nicely located in the heart of the city.

My room had exclusive advantages such as panoramic views, a comfortable bed with high-quality linens and a marble bathroom that added to the feeling of luxury. the Restaurant had a delicious selection, and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink.

Although it offered some location advantages like being easily accessible from the airport, the area was not ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The service at this hotel was absolutely impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. the luxurious amenities, such as the spa and outdoor swimming pool, were definitely a highlight. the room was beautifully designed and had all the exclusive facilities one could wish for. the restaurant had a diverse menu with something for everyone, and the bar area was perfect for a relaxing drink.

The only minor issue we had was with the slightly higher price of the hotel. we found it to be worth every penny for the exceptional service and exclusive amenities offered.
